Do you have leftover seeds from your seed swap or seed library?
We can help circulate them to our representatives who will put them to good use at other community seed swaps. Every week during the winter, we mail books and table-top materials to Seedy Saturdays and Seedy Sundays all across the country, so we can easily include your leftover seeds in our packages. Our volunteers will make sure the seeds get to their local seed swap tables and seed libraries, so you'll know that they won't go to waste.

Seed Cleaning/nettoyage des semences
Friday October 19, 2018 1 to 4
Ferme Coopérative Tourne-Sol
1025 Chemin Saint-Dominique Les Cèdres, QC
Seed cleaning is an important step to preserve seed quality. However, it's a challenge to figure out which cleaning method is needed, and when it is appropriate to invest in seed cleaning equipment.
To address these issues, USC Canada and the Cooperative Tourne-Sol Farm invite seed growers and vegetable gardeners from the region to gain a better idea of the different stages of seed production, with a focus on seed cleaning.
